In the spirit of the Free Software Movement, all the
software available at this site is provided without cost
or copyright. Further, most software was created with
free and open-source software.

Na Ala Hele searchable database:
This Search offers basic search functionality: filtering by island,
key word, and a minimum trail length. Length units are given in either
miles or kilometers.
The Results page provides links to official State of
Hawaii trail pages and a data page that provides the trails
in the GPX file format for GPS enabled devices, and the KML
file format for use with Google Earth.
